CONGRATULATIONS Mel and John! Holly is joining their new Irish Draught Sporthorse breeding program in Ontario Canada!

Holly is our first foal...ever! We are so very proud to call her our first.

 

Irish Draught Sporthorse filly out of Cadbury Baby, a big bodied 17 hh bay Thoroughbred mare and by Registered Irish Draught (RID) stallion Jaunty Star who has a performance record resulting in a Silver Merit in Eventing. Jaunty Star is a 2004, 17 hh, Irish Draught stallion, who was the 2011 Alberta High Point Champion for Prelim/CIC1*/CCI1*. See photo compilation via Youtube below.

Beautiful Holly should finish easily at a substantial 17hh and already shows natural grace, balance and cadence. She is brave, friendly and easy to handle. We expect Holly to be an exceptional competitive mount.

Preference for an amateur or competitive show home for this lovely filly.

 

LilyWing Farm is located about 1.5 hours NW of Edmonton, Alberta with easy access to Edmonton International Airport. Canadian visitors welcome (with appropriate physical distancing and health steps due to Covid 19). International inquiries welcome as we can set up virtual (Facetime, Zoom or WhatsApp) video "meet and greet" with any of our available horses. Serious inquiries encouraged to ask lots of questions and please be prepared to share with us what you are looking for in a prospect. We are invested in the future of our foals so want to ensure a good match!
